International Alumni Website Upgrade (Action code: N)

This action in the HHF project consists in developing new or upgraded existing functionalities of the International Alumni Website (alumni.mug.edu.pl).

The planned amendments include:

• aligning the website style to the current style templates valid at the university
• an interactive world map with dynamic pull-down tables informing about the numbers of MUG Alumni in various countries worldwide
• IT support for information, registration and communication concerning the conference “Hand in Hand into the Future”
• IT support for the Photo Contest “Study at MUG, enjoy Gdańsk” (registration form, contest photo submission tool)
• standardized forms for submission of information to email address for the following functionalities of the website:
  • Get involved ⇒ IA Guest Teaching Events
  • Get involved ⇒ IA Mentoring Events
  • Get involved ⇒ Offer Work Experience for Students
  • Get involved ⇒ Promotion and Recruitment Events

Introduction of the amendments is planned by 31 January, 2020.
