International Alumni Satisfaction Questionnaire (Action code: Q)

This action in the HHF project is aimed at producing an anonymous International Alumni Satisfaction Questionnaire (IASQ), professionally designed and analyzed by an expert poll company.

It is our plan to measure our Graduates’ satisfaction at maximum 2-year intervals.

The results of the IASQ will be used by the MUG’s Authorities to introduce improvements in teaching, student services, and campus facilities. Alumni’s feedback concerning living in Gdańsk will be communicated to appropriate representatives of the Authorities of the City of Gdańsk for taking joint actions, as needed.

The Questionnaire is intended to measure satisfaction of our international Graduates with:

• Studies at the Medical University of Gdańsk, including:
  • Organization of the studies
  • Communication with the teaching staff (both availability, language competence, and attitude in interaction)
  • Options to develop own research interest
  • Student services at the university (Dean’s Office, International Relations Office, dormitories, etc.)
  • Teaching/learning facilities (teaching venues, lab equipment, library, IT facilities, etc.)
  • Campus life (interaction with other students, sports, entertainment events, restaurants, shops, other facilities needed for daily needs, etc.)

• Living in Gdańsk and Tricity Metropolitan Area
  • Attractiveness of the city/area (natural environment, culture, sports, shopping, etc.)
  • Safety, integration with the society, locals’ attitude
  • Restaurants, cafes, pubs
  • Transportation (to/from; within the area)
